Game and online features

Snail Tales stores game state and preferences on your device. Online profiles, leaderboards and cloud campaign progress also use our servers. Availability depends on the game version and platform.

Profile data

We store your chosen nickname, a generated player identifier, scores and their submission times, game version, campaign progress and profile access tokens in hashed form. These records provide your profile, rankings and progress synchronization. Please do not use personal contact information as your nickname.

Google Play Games

On supported Android versions, Google Play Games sign-in links your Google Play Games player identifier to your game profile. A temporary authorization code is exchanged with Google to verify this identity. We do not ask for or store your Google password. Google processes its services under its own privacy policy.

Service providers and security

Online requests use HTTPS. Hosting and database providers process requests and stored data to operate the service. We do not sell profile data. Technical authentication diagnostics record failure stages and status information, not authorization codes, tokens or player identifiers.

Retention and deletion

Profile records are retained until the profile is deleted. You can permanently delete your profile and its scores, campaign progress, Google Play Games link and access tokens. See account deletion instructions and the web deletion option. Deleting the game profile does not delete your Google account. Local copies on other devices must be cleared separately.

Children and privacy questions

A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s profile or request its deletion. Contact support@tazeranlab.com for privacy questions or deletion requests. We may need to verify ownership before acting on a request. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
