Delete account

In the game, open the leaderboard → your profile → “Delete account” and confirm. For the web game, you can also use the button below in the browser where you played.

Without the game

Email support@tazeranlab.com with the subject “Snail Tales account deletion”, your in-game nickname and platform (Android or browser). We will verify account ownership before deletion. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or session tokens.

Data deleted

Deletion removes your nickname, scores and score history, cloud campaign progress, Google Play Games link and all game profile session tokens. In-game deletion also clears progress and scores on that device. It does not delete your Google account.

Retention

Profile data is retained until deletion. Confirming the button deletes it from the active database immediately; email requests require ownership verification first. No profile records are retained in the active database after deletion. Independent technical logs without player identifiers are not part of the profile. Clear local copies on other devices separately. Registering again creates a new profile, not a restoration.
